Essential clean
Our essential clean is a chance for you to test drive PowerX3 or sign up to have your home cleaned regularly. The PowerX3 team will work diligently to prioritize your most important cleaning focus area first. Of course, you may choose to add additional time to complete more complex cleaning or a larger home.

During your time we can clean things such as, your bathrooms, scrub the shower, clean the kitchen, dust your tabletops and furniture, dust the blinds, lock ledges and sills. We can clean your mirrors and glass, wipe down the countertops and exterior appliances, clean the inside of your microwave, sweep, and mop your hard flooring and vacuum the carpeted rooms.
Although we will not be able to hand wash all the high and low areas and provide a toothbrush level detailed clean of all your woodwork, we will clean and dust the most critical areas of your home to prepare it for your recurring maintenance cleans.

Please know that we may not be able to finish your entire list based on the amount of time you select. Please view the items towards the bottom of your list as “wish list” items. If a room or specific task is very important to you, please put it at the top of your list. If you are overwhelmed and would like our help creating your priority list, we are happy to!

Choosing the right type of service for your home is the only way to have a successful outcome when you hire a cleaning service. If you insist on purchasing less service than you need, you will be disappointed with the results no matter who you hire.

*Tasks that require longer cleaning time typically include but are not limited to: Hand wiping a large number of knick knacks/collectibles/personal items. Interior appliance cleaning (oven, refrigerator), interior window cleaning, exterior window cleaning, window track cleaning, hand washing hanging blind treatments.
