The Custom Clean

With the Custom Clean you can tell us what to clean based on what is most important to YOU! A custom clean is most often used before hosting an event, expecting company, or to customize a cleaning with specific focus areas. You may choose specific rooms such as bathrooms or the kitchen. You can also choose specific tasks such as baseboards, shutters, or floors. 

What we will need from you is your budget and your list of priorities from most important to least important. The PX3 team will work diligently following your list. We do have a minimum of  $150.00 for this clean. Of course, you may choose a budget over the minimum just not under. Please know that we may not be able to finish your entire list.

Please view the items towards the bottom of your list as “wish list” items. If a room or specific task is very important to you, please put it towards the top.  If you have a budget in mind and would like our help creating your priority list, please give us a call!

*Tasks that require longer cleaning time typically include but are not limited to:  Interior appliance cleaning (oven, refrigerator), interior window cleaning, exterior window cleaning, window track cleaning, hand washing, hanging blind treatments.
